1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and processed within 2–5 business days, including order verification, packaging, and quality inspection.
During busy shopping seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend to up to 6 business days.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies to deliveries within our supported shipping regions.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination:
• United States: approximately 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: approximately 10–16 business days
• Other international regions: approximately 14–21 business days
These delivery estimates may be influenced by shipping carrier schedules, customs procedures, or local postal service operations.
3. Shipment Tracking 🔎
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details.
Please note:
• Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update in the system
• Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean the package is lost
4. International Shipping & Customs 🌎
For orders shipped outside the United States:
• Packages may be shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country
• Customs inspections or clearance processes may occasionally delay delivery
Import rules and charges depend on the regulations of the destination country.
5. Order Changes or Cancellation
Because orders are processed quickly, preparation begins shortly after your purchase is placed.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing:
• The received item
• The shipping packaging
After reviewing the details, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include sending a replacement.
Lost Packages
If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement once the case has been verified.
